Hired a Royal Enfield GT from these guys for a 2 day trip through the ring of Kerry. They were both very kind and helpful in getting me ready for my trip, I felt very well taken care of, even thoughtful enough to lend me some waterproof pants incase in rained. Which it did and I was saved some wet pants! Bike ran beautifully through the winding roads. I was out on the road riding all day and was surprised how comfortable I was. I had the most amazing experience doing the ring of Kerry and highly praise RetroVenture for their part in it.

I rented a RE Meteor 350 for 18 days and absolutely loved it. Did a majority of the Wild Atlantic Way, the bike handled well on highways and narrow farm roads alike. It had plenty of power to get me 3000 miles in those 18 days. My girlfriend came for 5 days and we rode 2-up equally comfortable. Airbnbs were all happy to host a biker but the most fun was motocamping. I brought the bike on the ferry to Scotland for a jaunt and ended up in Cairngorms National Park for some open access camping. Retroventures staff were amazing, accommodating, and fair in all aspects. Rent from them and enjoy.

I can’t praise this place highly enough! I had a gorgeous day on a Himi 450- Chris & team made everything so seamless and pleasurable. Even tho the day was rainy I stayed warm & dry thanks to the great gear. I saw some of the most beautiful places I’ve ever seen in my life- totally off the beaten path. The pre-programmed phone with directions made everything so easy and just made the day pure joy! I’m and grateful and will def come back to do a longer tour!

30th Anniversary Road Trip


As a treat for our 30th anniversary we went for a week to Ireland. Rented the sidecar for 3 days. Chris and Elaine made sure we had everything we needed, including helmets & gloves, and took the time so that my husband was comfortable with the bike before we took off on our adventures. Bike and sidecar worked perfectly, we loved it and so many people who saw us loved it too!
