BROAD TERMS

Third party insurance cover for bicycles is not a legal requirement for tandems in Ireland and is not provided. Damage and theft is covered by the renter but is limited to a maximum of €250 in the case of damage caused by a genuine accident and theft whilst the bicycle is locked and secured with all security devices issued and a garda/police report is made. Security deposit for all rentals is €250.

Minimum rental age 18.

EU approved bicycle helmets are included for all riders.

All rental costs are inclusive of tax. Minimum rental charge is 1 hour.

Free cancellation insurance is included automatically. In this case you can cancel up to one week in advance of the start of your rental and receive 100% of your payment as a credit note valid for 12 months from the date of the start of your original rental. If you do not use the credit note within 12 months you will not be eligible for a refund or rental.
